Kol Nefesh Masorti Synagogue embraced the ecosynagogue idea right from the beginning. As a small community without its own building our green team are proud to have a green policy in place for the whole of the community, organise regular shiurim and presentations and green walks. We are not using single-use cutlery or crockery for our kiddushim and regularly organise green lunches and write regular articles in our shul magazine to try to inspire our community members to make changes in their homes too. It is an ongoing journey and we are proud to be part of ecosynagogue.
